I like the potential of the goalie prospects. Don't really care much about the NHL goalies they have now (not great but not horrible) although i don't like them carrying 3 goalies yet again when they have Campbell and Cossa in the AHL that could step in and possibly play some games incase of injuries.

I do think the goalies they have could be fine if they had a solid top 4 defense in front of them but they don't. They are missing 3 (possibly 2 depending on Edvinsson) solid top 4 guys.

Hopefully Husso goes on LTIR and break up the logjam. Then Stevie works a deal to land Rasmus Andersson.

Everything I've read and listened to indicates DRW is set as #1 for future G. 'Course no one knows for sure, blah blah blah. I was listening to NHL on Sirius driving back from VA Thursday night; They agree on the rating. Wondering how many years to go? Cossa's probably closest, but Augy could jump him on the chart....not likely. Would think Cossa's 2yrs away. We have a mish-mash of bodies cluttering the net to DC's point, and noted by several other over time. Lyon will be the guy, imo. To H2's point; I think Husso's quickly falling into a mental catefory of lacking confidense having been injured so often amd hear fan chatter against him....LTIR the guy, get him straight, suck up the lost trade value and open a slot on the big club. His LTIR & being buried in the "A" would open up $1m+ in cap to sign Bear-grin and leave enough for Mo & Rayzor.

DHN has a video drop of BHN blistering a goal and a review of that whole shift. I can't write what I said, suffice to say; it was insane to watch. He's in the SHL this year, probably the "A" next year but wouldn't be surprised to see him make the jump directly to HockeyTown. Remains to be seen, but this kid has some tools....

Now, if we could juat tweak the D a bit........Eddy's gonna be a star, but another stud D dude is needed.....

Ceci and a 3rd to the Sharks for Ty Emberson. Thank god he's not heading to Detroit.

Would anyone consider trading Copp and Berggren
to Columbus for Laine with the Blue Jackets retaining $3,075,000. This would also make room for Danielson or Mazur.

I don’t know if CBJ makes that deal but that would be impressive. The CBJ office said they haven’t had any “serious” offers they would consider yet. I think they want to come out with a “W” on this whatever that looks like for the org.

I'm glad the Wings didn't make a pitch for Laine. We already had him in Mantha. A guy overflowing with talent and can dominate the games when he feels like putting in the effort, but then disappears for games at a time.

It sounds like CBJ turned down every offer that had retention. That definitely thinned the heard on competition

CBJ has lots of cap space to take on 1 of the Wings bad contracts!
Holl and Berggren and a 2nd and 3rd for Gudbranson, Sillinger and their extra 4th in 2025
