I'm not saying he should or shouldn't be cancelled but if you look on Twitter it's kinda' trending that way a bit. Agreed he has always had this same rule and applied it equally to everyone and also agree it's completely dumb.

I do find it interesting to see all the backlash about it now when he's been doing it for what feels like forever. Sign of the times I guess.

As recently as the late aughts, a lot of places just wouldn't hire you unless you could cover up your tats under clothing.

Now, it's common to get a waiter or desk clerk covered in tats with a dozen piercings. 😆

I quit a job back in the 80s because they wanted me to cut my glorious mullet.

Worked at the IGA on parkway forest at Sheppard and Dob Mills back in the 90s as a young teen. Had to put bandaids to cover up my earrings.
