Seeing how skilled Michkov is makes me even angrier about the TK contract. They can’t get out of their own way. He is the type of talent you build around not use to supplement a wretched core of players. Time to watch this kid piss away his talent here

I didn't see any of the game tonight, but I did see a highlight of the game winner. I have mentioned this before and I'll say it again. Michkov kind of reminds me of a Peter Forsberg type player. No, I'm not saying he will be at that level just yet, but he seems to see the ice at a superior level that very few players can match. The question will be how he handles the physicality when the games count. As I said a month ago, if he has 20 goals and 30 assists this season I would consider it a success, but I could certainly see him surpassing those numbers. Luchanko could probably be a 3rd line center in the NHL now, but best to let him have one more year at the junior level. I could see him being a true second line center when he fills out. It's kind of funny that he wears #17. The second coming of Brindy with more speed?

That’s what you gathered from the game? These boards are insufferable.

Brindy was a hell of a lot more than a 3rd line center. Luchanko will be sent back. Seems like a player that’s just developing quicker than most at his age. He has a limited ceiling like you mentioned probably a 3rd liner
