Unfortunate injury, hope it's not as bad as it looked. Lots of butthurt fans in Montreal. I wonder if they were as upset when JT took a knee to the head from Perry. Ref missed a five minute major on Pare. He should get suspended, but as a third liner on the Marlies, it will be a relatively meaningless suspension.

Xherkjai should and will get more. Punching an opponent with gloves on is a serious no-no. Pare should get suspended for the hit, but probably won't. Agree on Slack-off-ski.

Steve Moore was not a great player, but an NHL regular. Pare isn't a fourth liner on a bad team, so chances are he will not see action on the Leafs this year. Still agree that the rant was a bad look for both the player and the team.
