This is the type of 4th line I’ve always wanted. Big, physical and can contribute offensively here and there. I’d like to see Edstrom be a little more assertive during some of these scrums tho, he just kinda stands on the outside and picks off an easy player to pair off with. At 6’6 240 we need him to be a little more aggressive when it comes to that stuff IMO.

Even if he's still in his prime, your second point is reason enough. Culture makes the difference and ours seems to be improving.

Because they couldn’t afford his upcoming contract and they need a center so Kotkaniemi + Necas seems about as a good a deal as you can get
