It’s never gets old being reminded of how good of a dude Sid is.

I love Rust but was thinking I would probably take Kreider over him too. However, I was shocked when I just looked at Kreider stats...only 18 points in 44 games. TT is a major snub, no doubt. He's also fairly versatile. Can play C or either wing as far as I know.

You have to think about spots to a certain extent. I’d take CK or Rust in a 4th line role over Tage Thompson. Could have Kreider for the PP net front as well. It makes sense.

Kreider is a career 2nd/3rd line player who got hot for a stretch of 200 games. Hilariously, I'd argue, at the worst possible time since (1) the Rangers didn't win anything during it and (2) I believe it severely set back Lafreniere's development.

He is back down to the third line on the rangers where he is best suited.

I mean, he has been a pretty darn good player... prior to this year, he had put up 52, 39 and 36 goals... I think thats first line performance on most teams. Having a bad season along with just about everyone else in NY. Hasnt been putting up points, but he would be ranked 4th on our team in goals while having a down year.

I wouldnt call him a stud, but he is a great complimentary player and I'd love to have him on Sid's LW. He has really been a Kunitz type player for the Rangers... thats pretty good.

I’m interested to see how Sam Bennett impacts the four nations tournament. Hopefully they play NHL rules.

Just noticed that Bemström is 3rd overall in AHL scoring (41 points/37games) having played 4 games less than who's in 1st and 2nd....also considerably younger (8 and 5 years) than those two, as well. Pretty cool.

I’m sure usage and QoT have a lot to do with it. Get rid of heinen, nieto, beau and call up bemstroms line and pp2 minutes. Maybe he will succeed when not surrounded by bottom 6 scrubs.
