- 6 defenders for 27.7 mil
- 2 goalies for 9.5 mil
- buyouts and retention for 5.5 or so

They have a projected 13.47 mil to round out 3 forwards and 1-2 defenders? Mainly depth on that too. It's not such a big ask, especially if one factors in Willander and Lekker.

Only UFA is Boeser & it’s smelling like PA is playing hardball & rightly so. Signs the offer or traded & more cap to use. Nothing against Brock but with EP out to lunch I see him gone. There just isn’t the chemistry for Brock to stay unless PA gets his price & finds a playmaker for him. Not easy to do so expecting he’s a goner & Leki is promoted.

Just gotta believe PA is working the phones. He & JR don’t relax they get on with it. I give it 85% BB is gone.

I think if there's any trade with Petey it'll be the offseason. Saw on Reddit that he was wearing a knee brace last night (could see the bulkiness under his socks), and that he coincidentally hit his highest speed of the season. Causation/correlation, but hopefully it's a positive thing for either the team or his trade value.

Yes, I saw that too, I also saw photos of him icing it in the Swedish dressing room. Clearly there's something going on with him physically, and clearly there's either a disconnect with the coaching and management staff or they're just trying to give him some tuff love to make him grow up.

I think he'd be wise to get out of Vancouver, hopefully his agent can get that message across to him.

You are correct. I missed the announcement at end of January, where they said it was going up to 95.5, not the 92.5 that I was working off of.
