Told yall that Berggy just needs some time.
More negative reporting on the Wings, insane.
I don’t understand why a team that is literally kn a wildcard position is being treated like they’re a lottery team.
It’s okay to support and love the Red Wings, I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s apparently a lot of people on Hockeybuzz |

I would’ve liked to have seen a better move or 2. The D is in sad shape, desperate for consistency in net, and a 2C is mandatory. I look at some of the moves and can understand why the trigger wasn’t pulled; asking prices were just insane.
The team is plummeting on the ice. Talbot’s been bombarded, Lyon’s struggling….. so we add another consistently inconsistent G who’s under contract for another year. That move itself just makes no sense. If we go with 3 Gs, then Cossa could be brought up, resign Lyon. Now, by bringing in Mrazek, kinda tells me Lyon’s going to ask for the entire bank account to be emptied (or somewhere close…). So, maybe Lyon’s gone.
We REALLY need ASP on NA ice. And for what little I’ve seen of Buch….. I know a few guys who could spirit Buch away and no one would know until he hit the ice in Hockeytown….. just sayen’!!
In the end, we needed an infusion of capable kids in a couple of key positions and didn’t get them. One could say “Well, we have the kids…” and that’s very true. But it’s going to take some time for them to acclimate to the NH, whereas a TDL kid would already have NHL experience.
Bottom line is we need a stud and while we have some DAMN talented guys, having a hole plugged with an NHL-calibre player would’ve set the stage for a via SCPO run this year or next. We’re not there now, and with nothing to show for the TDL, probably not next year either (I sincerely hope I’m wrong on this point). |

They’re not in a wild card spot. If you’d paid attention, it’s been clear that they haven’t been the same since their return. The goalies are struggling, and the forwards are back to trying to outscore the mistakes. I do support this team. They just haven’t gotten back to what had been working. Losing Ras and Copp has hurt the defensive forward play. The team is in a 3 way tie 2 spots outside of the WC with an insane schedule. |

Nah, this is gravy. Not getting my tailbone fixed properly caused another issue a couple V up from that bone cluster. I did get a hangnail typing once though…. |

Absolutely. 20 points (1g, 19a) and love his skating and reach. Can always change, I think he may start the season in GR but I look forward to his projection. Very happy with the d pipeline |
