You are not allowed here to discuss the possible draft pick until the decison is made two days prior to the draft.

I'm sure Drury will keep the pick if its anywhere in the top 13, I dont think its even a question

they will do everything they can to try and be a playoff team next year

they certainly aren't going to plan on being worse, even though they might be

I don't think they will be worse at all. This team won the president's trophy last year, and the majority of the players are the same as this year. So what happened?

I think everything that could possibly go wrong did, but I for one don't think that this year's team is as bad as they've played. I still think that a LOT of this has to do with the defensive "system" that is still being used for some unexplainable reason.

I’d rather pick 20th next year than 13th this year if it guarantees we don’t give Pitt a top 5 pick. I think you’re right though, they’ll probably keep it.

I completely agree they’ll keep the pick (I actually think we’re locked into a top 13 pick). With that being said, it’s very possible we’re a lottery team again next year.

We can blame the system but it was just all around terrible, passionless hockey. New coach/Gm will change things around but the defense man themselves are lack luster to me.

Bold move. Not many people pass on the opportunity to use the word inexplicable.

I don't think so. Unless there is some criteria I'm not thinking of. If we win out ( ), we could go as high as 16th, depending on other team's losses. Highly unlikely we go passed 13, but still mathematically possible.

So my wife’s pregnant with our third and it’s another boy. We got the 2045 kid line on the way, which is something to look forward to
