I hope they all got this message from the game. |

he practiced with Mesz, and Mesz said he was likely good to go on Sat. Lilja paired w/ Gus as the 4th pairing. |

Grossman is a good steady Dman, a solid 3-4 guy. In my opinion he should play bigger, with that size you should be able to lay some hits. Maybe that changes in Philly, then again going for the big hit also leaves you out of position from time to time. |

I think he hits when the opportunity is there, but worries first about his positioning. I've seen him knock plenty of opposing players down around the net, as well as being quick to defend his goalie.

Defensive responsibility will be a nice change on our backend. |

That is our #1 need IMHO. A Jack Johnson or L. Schenn right now would be the other need but I would prefer to keep what we have. Maybe a face off PK specialist such as Gaustad if the cost isn't too much. Need to assess the Briere damage first and foremost.
BTW, I didn't see a single quote from players about Groosman, did I miss something or is this blog poorly named? |

Player reaction (semicolon, change of subject) On Grossman
So I'm guessing it was Panic's take on Grossman and player reaction about last night's game. |
