Yup, especially with so much parity in the league. The margin between playoff teams and "bad" teams really is pretty thin, except at the very top and the very bottom.

Hope they're not in those black unis again. Not that they look bad but I find it harder to identify players - the numbers on the back are hard to make out from the wide angle lens.

I think they look terrible. I guess they can’t use the winter classic jerseys anymore since the switch to adidas?

I like what bunnaman brought to that 4th line over Thompson so far. He’s a more tenacious forechecker and a bigger body

I hate them SOOOOO much. My wife loves them. The only Winter Classic sweater I’ve liked is the first one against Boston (our current away uni). She got me the Rangers one and I honestly don’t like it all that much tbh.

I agree. I was very happy with the bun man on the 4th line. I will admit I'm not a fan of Nate and I honestly feel that if something is working you don't mess it up. Nate is not enough of an upgrade over bun man to ruin the chemistry they had.
But maybe he just needs time to adapt to our system and style of play. But when our 4th line was putting pucks in the net I wanted to see that line remain the same. Their forecheck was something we havent seen on this team in a long time
