I met a friend of a teammate this weekend who is a Palestinian living in Jordan. He was here visiting while studying engineering in Calgary currently. He had some very good insights on a bunch of political topics surrounding the area. Jordan doesn’t accept many Palestinians because then there would be less people left to fight the battle in Gaza. Also said Jordan is forced to suck up to 🇺🇸. Most fascinating conversation I have had in a while. He predicted WW3 is very close.

Gaza, Iran, North Korea, Russia/Ukraine, China/Taiwan, India/China, India/Pakistan, the whole Earth is one big geopolitical poopshow ready to ignite.

Selfishly, I'm old and won't be around much longer. But I worry about what flavor of cluster(frank) my grandson is inheriting. He's getting a much bigger mess than we did.
