Binnington may end up in Toronto, he’s an Ontario boy and loves the Leafs. He’s not going to a western team , Army isn’t that stupid. Carolina would be the best place for him in my opinion. The Blues should move him , they have to let Hofer start the new phase .

Binnington was just ok, really! I’m mean sure in the final he played well and made big saves, but he still scares me!
Marner, yeah ok, after July he will want to be paid probably $13mil. That would make him the highest paid player on the Canadian team, and he was a third liner…..and bumped off the third line for at least a couple of shifts. He was invisible for most of the tourney! He was not McKinnon, no Sid, no Tkachuk, Makar!! I mean seriously the list goes on, of guys that were more consequential than him! Let him walk.

When you look at the tourney as a whole, all Leaf players were mediocre! And they were some of the top paid players in the tourney! And Leafs wonder why they can’t win in the playoffs.

I'm not going to mention the Oilers cap room, but why on earth would Edmonton be interested in Zegras? They have plenty of guys who can score, what they could use is a solid defenseman. Now, if you would have said the Oilers are interested in Gibson and Dumoulin, then you would have a made up rumor that seems plausible and therefore give credence to actually having "sources".

It's more like alot of teams would like the Ducks to trade Zegras and Gibson. But the Ducks wanna at least try to make the playoffs. Their is a chance that the Ducks might be buyers so selling good players is problem not happening.
