Very curious where are goaltending prospects all slot in next year.

Rodrgiue RFA
Day signed
Johnsson signed
Ungar signed
Brochu TBD

Unless Johnsson is staying in Europe seems that we have too many goalies for Bakersfield/Fort Wayne

Not sure if they'd like to add a vet to Bakersfield as well.

They'll be like "TD Forss, this is all your fault!" can him and then name Dustin Schwartz new head of athletic therapy, as well as give him a 45 year extension on goalie coach duties.

Low risk signings, well done. Curious, is Hutson bigger than Savoie? Too lazy to google. Size doesn’t seem to affect his brother, sounds like a talented family. Wonder if they’ll be the next Hughes family?
Oilers have had some bad luck on the injury front, but any team with a healthy Draisaitl and McDavid will always have a chance to win.
Hoping LA wins tonight to clinch 2nd place so they can rest some key player vs the Flames for the last game. Hopefully it will still matter by then.

Both sitting at roughly 180lbs. Hutson is 5”11 while Savoie is 5”9.

I would've been fine with 2 to be honest.

There are a lot of media and fans including myself that wanted to see the Oilers start being the team to push the envelope. We barely even retaliate, so it was nice to see someone on the Oilers setting the tone for once.

We've had so many teams play over the edge with us the past few years and the 2 or 3 times a year we do it there becomes some sort of massive story like we Marty Mcsorley'd a guy.

I did love Perry's response. I have no idea which reporter asked him the question, but if that was a reporter that is always in the press scums they deserve to have their press pass revoked. The media has been harping on the players to show a pulse and then when they do the media has some sort of stupid question that contradicts what they've been asking for all along.

I give them credit, they were better than I expected this year.

Big question for next year is if Wolf can continue to get better or if there is a sophomore slump. There is always that issue with forwards and defense, but goaltending is much harder to avoid that slump. I mean it's not like our goaltending coach will be able to help our players and watch film to exploit Wolf's weaknesses, but the teams with at the very least below average goaltending coaches will really be able to identify weaknesses.

Breaking Kuemper will be the key IMO.

That and not giving guys like Fiala and Kempe wide open chances in the slot

I love the timing with Nurse being nominated and suspended same day.

Although I was curious if Kane actually would be our nominee. Guess he didn't really play this year, so that could be why. However, despite what so many think of the guy he spends an awful lot of time in the community.
