For this week's I am going with Bill Guerin. He was traded a bunch later in his career and that Cup with Pitts was his second after an early one with the Devils. He also played in several Olympics, though never won gold which is what got me at first.

Mike Keane ? Played for multiple teams, multiple cups, not real sure on the rest of it but he's the one that comes to mind with so many trades.
