Ok, I know Gerbe had the two goals in five seconds in that 5-2 shellacking at the hands of the Isles, but what else has he done against them?

Sekera is an important piece to the defense. He's been the most consistent guy this year.

I really don't get the hate on this guy. He's really not a bad player.

He has a high ankle sprain, and with the overabundance of guys we have, they'll let him fully rehab it before they take him off IR. Not that it matters, they're all terrible. But god knows we have plenty.

yeah i like sekera. the guy can read a play as good as anyone in the league and is a force one on one defensively. ofcourse one would have to overlook to 2 or 3 major bonehead plays he makes almost nightly.

Sekera is an important piece to the defense. He's been the most consistent guy this year.
