It'll be strange to be playing against Schenn. I'm just hoping both teams show up and it's an entertaining game. I think the leafs might get a dose of reality after owning Montreal last game though.

I wish the Flyers would dress Shelly or Sestito tonight. Leafs have been goofing it up and it's working for them. Orr and McLaren is out if Rinaldo's league. Give knuckle a break, he's a penalty machine this year.

Is there any chance that Schenn and (suck it) Phaneuf go at it tonight? I have heard many a leafs fan say that the disdain they have for each other is of the purest form...

Also, Rinaldo has been pretty dominant in his fights to date... I pray he goes no where near that monster Orr. That guy has a few screws loose. Every time he fights I feel like I am watching a Civil War documentary... Guy lines up, waits to get hit and then..... sdfhjkhngabhdfaghneyityayvfynhaiu

Who woulda thunk Fil Kessle could be a playmaker?

Flyers are bringing back Fedoruk. He will handle Orr.

If other teams want to dress a goon, rather than play into their hands, make It more than clear any shenanigans will be met by Rinaldo or Luke Schenn knocking Kessel into next week.

Worked so well for him last time...

On a serious note, maybe Rhino can just lower his head and allow Orr to mangle his hand.

Rinaldo has been tough as nails, no need for him getting mixed up with Orr. Orr is a totally different animal. Rinaldo is listed at 170 pounds. He shouldn't have to fight a guy like Orr.

Agreed. I would have went with Sestito anyway tho. The guy really seems to have turned the page in terms of not blowing a gasket everytime he hits the ice.

I like Rinaldo, I really do. I love his fire. But I kind of want him off the team. The refs have it out for him so much and that's really not going to change. I mean he cant even get hit anymore without getting called. Ridiculous.

Rinaldo gets zero benefit of the doubt from the referees based on his reputation. It's frustrating that he can't play his game without getting called for ticky tac penalties.

With all this talk about how the Flyers need to get Giroux a "pure" scoring winger, I can't help but to think, why can't Matt Read be that guy?

When Hartnell returns I would like to see a Hartnell/Giroux/Read line.

He wouldn't be a playmaker if he played with Giroux. He'd probably have at least 25 goals by now.

BINGO! Had that exact though watching the game yesterday (had to dvr it). He always seems to be in the right spot.. Would a line of Read-G-Briere be small? Absolutely, but all three players play big. I would entertain it for a few games.

I would too. Read has speed and an underrated shot. I think he could do some damage playing consistently with Giroux.

Bob Ryab would have 2.3 goals for every goal Kessel scores.
