Totally agree Bill, it seems that the Flyers have trouble with any disciplined forechecking team. Even once the Penguins stopped playing stupid and letting the Flyers get to them they took it to us. However, I do believe Jersey is a different team without Brodeur so this is big opportunity for the Flyers to sweep this thing and get back in the playoff race. |

Bill Meltzer: Flyers Gameday: 3-13-13 @ Devils - bmeltzer
This is the season, right here.
They lose these two games, they're dead. If they win both there's some hope.
They can't afford to lose more than 4 or 5 more games in regulation over the rest of the season. They drop these two, besides continuing the futility vs New Jersey, they piss away 4 vital points. |

You know with your son that "they grow up so fast." I, for one, am glad that, as readers, we get to share in your joy, Bill. As my wife is due in June, I look forward to what you refer to as "that time." There is nothing like it.
Enjoy your day,

Bill I have a question for you..
The system Lavy runs, does this also include the way our forwards collapse low in our end? Seems the teams we play have very good puck possession in our end due to alot of them figuring out that their teams D-men are allowed so much time at the points. I know we block alot of those shot attempts, but if you watch closely the amount of space they are allowed is crazy. Why not pressure these point men instead of allowing them to keep firing pucks at the net withouit being harassed or atleast have the forwards stay high on them? |

People always talk about quality time, but there's a lot to be said for big old lazy quantity time, too. Glad to hear you're enjoying the time spent. It's fleeting, as any parent will tell you. |
