The only thing I took from this are that the "Struggling" NHL Teams are actually losing money.

Just because companies have the same parent company, doesn't mean they're not losing money.

I know many people who have AOL or Hotmail accounts - the vast, vast majority because they've had them so long, it's a legacy thing and with the contacts built up, switching to something else would be really problematic. If the best counter-argument you can offer up is the domain of his e-mail address, it's probably safer to just keep that thought to yourself.

But the next time you see a report claiming that an NHL team is losing money and in danger of relocating, dig a little deeper before you believe it at face value.
