Everyone knows that it is going to take kings ransom to get to the top 3. Unless you are willing to give up both the first Rd picks + a 2nd + a player. you are probably not getting into the top 3.

Miller does not have that kind of value, IMO. Plus he can block whatever trade he wants. You really dont think FLA, COL, would be on his no trade list?

just to clarify he can not block any trade.. he is to give a list of teams he will not accept a trade to and all other teams are fair game.. i believe it is an 8 team list.

Pomminville skated in face first, not very smart for a guy with concussion problems!
Brown will get a suspension I suspect but man has this has become a wussy sport at times. Brown was protecting himself the way Brown knows how and that's to hurt the guy trying to hurt him.

The only fool here is Shannahan if he suspends Brown. Elbow never came above shoulder, had controll of puck, Oh and Pominville dropped his head down and lead with his face just before the hit. Clean hit no suspension. All you shedding tears for him should let him know most people don't try to check with their face.

If it was reversed and say Suter did this to Carter you would be crying for life suspension.

I'm a big big brown fan but that was one of the dirtiest elbows I have seen in recent years. Down right disgusting and pathetic.

Pominville was going in to play the puck not the body and Brown threw his elbow out at him. Dirty but on a clean player. 2 games minimum
