I think Murray needs to make his best pitch to him and Ott Know . Trade them for assets and hope at least one of the returns to sign here July 1

Why not . Not like The Sabres don't have money to spend . They have to reach cap floor . Both players have stated they like Buffalo and playing for Ted Nolan.

Count me in for sure, trade Ott (Miller, Ennis, Staff, Ehrhoff, etc.) give Moulson the C and start to build this thing back up with a great vet leading the way!

Why not . Not like The Sabres don't have money to spend . They have to reach cap floor . Both players have stated they like Buffalo and playing for Ted Nolan.

Depends on the depth of the run and their performance in that run. Both of thses guys stand to be top-notch players. If their prices go up from what they are paid now, will TP pay the added freight?

You're forgetting that unless Pitt. Is on Millers list of teams NOT to be traded to that he won't have a choice in the matter, at that point it's purely between the Sabres and Penguins organizations.

And I highly doubt he would have a great team like that as one if his teams listed.

I agree that Miller would be fine with Pittsburgh, but I think it would unsettle the team too much. Fleury would have to go then. Someone like Thomas would be a good fit for Pitt. Perfect back up in case Fleury falters again.

What do you expect them to say? I hate it here and I want out? Like 100% of the UFA's to be say they want to resign and love playing for the team but 90% of them end up leaving. Only one out of the big three who has a realistic chance of staying is Ott.

Any chance we buyout Leino this offseason? Might have to keep him to reach the cap floor with all the departures we will be having.
