You can still keep cheering for the Canucks, they are not making the play-offs regardless.
Cheer for change!!!

All that I know is that they sell copious amounts of Harp lager and Jameson Irish Whiskey, both are, apparently, memory erasers. |

Had to ask the Mrs. if we were there the night before. She laughed and told me it was the same bartender serving us as the night before. That's one of the many reasons Mrs. Marwood is a solid gold, keeper!!

I would like to see Markstrom play a game before the end of season. See what we actually got back in that trade. |

It doesn't matter what happens between now and the end of the season. It's all about what happens from the end of the playoffs and the start of training camp, that is really what we're all waiting on, not a game later today.
Oh and I'm making this for dinner tonight, I tried it for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago, completely amazing.

I wanted a top 8 pick and firmly believe that a top 8 pick would help this franchise more than winning a few meaningless games. No point in arguing it, #TankNation is dying anyways.
How did that hit on Burrows not get at least a 1 game suspension? Seemed like a clear head shot, I bet if that was a Sedin and they were out for a game then you'd see at least one game. (frank)ing joke. |

Haven't seen a single replay since watching the game, but it looked like a clear head shot to me. I'll check it out again.
Jared Allen though..... |

Can't disagree, a higher pick would be great, but I have no control over it. Just think of Fox as a top 8 pick. We have no idea what they have planned for the draft and no matter where we finish as long as we're out of the playoffs there is a chance of winning the lottery no matter how small the odds. My fingers are crossed that there will be changes this summer. |

Fox is still a long shot to ever become a top 9 NHL forward. Without his apparent "off-ice issues" he was supposed to be a late 2nd rounder at absolute best. I think there will be changes, at least one significant trade and I don't think both Gillis/Torts return next year(one will go, my money is on Torts but with this team who knows even both could return or both could be gone). |
