Remember when it took the Rangers forever to end that playoff overtime loss streak? It is about time this 0-11 streak ends. What better way then to close the WFC down til September |

I fully expect the Rangers to close it out tonight. They have played better in the series, and if not for Mason stealing game 4, this would be over with. Unless the Flyers show their A game, which they've been hiding so far, you guys are moving on in about 12 hours.
However, IF the Flyers can find a way to get this to game 7 (and that's a big IF), I think they'd have at least an even chance of winning the series. The Rangers would be under a lot of pressure, and the Flyers would almost be playing with house money. |

I think the shift of pressure if the Flyers win Game 6 is a little overrated. Both teams will have pressure because they both went into this series with the intention to win. There was no decided underdog in this series. Are the Flyers playing with house money? I don't really think so. I think they want to win the series, and wouldn't be happy just losing in Game 7. |

Yea it is not like it is a 1 vs 8 matchup, these two teams finished within a point of each other in the standings. The pressure will be on both teams, unless the Flyers really don't think they have a chance at winning |

The Rangers have been dictating the play for most of the series, and the Flyers really only played 'their game' in the 3rd period of game 4. If you guys come out storming again, this will be a tough one for the Flyers. I'm hopeful for game 7 tomorrow night.

Like someone mentioned in the last blog, this game is the only show tonight. I'm glad I'm going out to watch it and won't be hanging out online - facebook, twitter and this dump are gonna be hopping with all the usual miscreants, and then some.
If it goes to 7...oh boy.

I am predicting nothing; my arrogance early on hasn't paid off.
Still think the Rangers are the better team but San Jose is better than LA and they are on the verge of a monumental choke. Point is, anything can happen and the Flyers have enough offensive talent to make things interesting tonight. |

Its amazing that a team with that much talent can put themselves in that position. The problem is, Jonathan Quick seems to be over whatever was bugging him, the Kings may not be as talented but know how to win, the fact that the game is in SJ doesn't faze LA one bit. Its just never over, you keep fighting, look at what Columbus almost pulled off, look at what Anaheim did the other night. This playoff year has been like no other I've seen where no lead is safe. The only team that seems to lock it down once in front is Boston. |
