Can't wait for the Avs and wild games this year. Outside of Cooke, I can't wait to see what the battles bring. |

The Central is so loaded this year really can not rule out any team although Nashville & Winnipeg probably finish at the bottom again. Every team got better in the division. |

He's alive!!
Nice write up, T.
Not too worried about the unresolved contracts, they always seem to work themselves out. If Kuemper is still demanding top dollar as training camp is set to begin, sign him for a year and trade his ass during the season. Nino, on the other hand, needs to be locked up. $3mil seems pretty reasonable.

I know I was absent going through MAJOR career transition but I didnt intend to abandon the WildHBcommunity. It was kinda just quiet on all front for the MNWild so I was just kinda trying to wait it out. My Bad! |

Its been so long since the avs had a rival. Minny Avs is just shaping up nicely. Let it heat up during the season and then blow up during playoffs |

Love that lineup. I hope the goalie situation gets resolved rather quickly. I hope Darcy gets to stay up. I got to watch him with the Solar Bears the season before last.
Good luck. I hope Van and Poms have a great season. |

I don't think anyone blames you T, when Russo goes a couple of weeks without a new blog, I think it's safe to say there's nothing fresh to write about.
I agree with Sota, Kuemper is getting a little too big for his britches if he thinks he deserves major dinero already when he still has much to prove.
No doubt Nino is signed, honestly I think a bridge deal would be in the best interests of everyone. Nino looks to be on his way up, but as with Kuemper, one season does not make a career. Let him prove his worth and when he does, pay the man. |

I agree with you and Sota on Kuemper. If this kid holds out too long, and plays serious 'hardball' with Fletch, he's likely going either burn a bridge or get bit in the ass.
Serve your time, prove yourself on the ice, not in your negotiating. If you flop on a big contract, it can be a career killer.
When push comes to shove...Fletcher has options in goal, and my guess would be that he knows it. |
