Good blog Jan.
Well they pissed away 2 points. Good news Stepan coming back I thought made that line consistently the best last night. Hopefully it wasnt just the adrenaline for his 1st game and he can keep going. Although its going to be tough with missing training camp and the beginning of the season. Looks in great shape though. Him and Nash must have went to the same trainer to lose those huge cheeks.
Kostka was bad again last night. Hunwick didn't have a great game either, but I give him a pass as he has been great in his own zone and jumping into the play.
Reffing wasn't all that great, but this loss is on the Rangers, they were dominating the leafs D zone up until they got the lead and decided to stop playing offense.
Also would have liked to see Hank last night, and Talbot tonight. |

I just assumed Jan got hammered after last nights game and was hungover. |

AV has to change up the bottom 6. Glass with Hayes and Duclair is just dumb. Glass brings nothing offensively so it just makes it impossible for two rookies to generate anything on their own. |

You were right, I was wrong. I honestly thought Hayes and Duclair together might generate something even with Glass as the other winger. |

Nope, never have been and have no intention of every doing so. |

I can set initially, but if player not there and want one, I see if we have a photo that can be added to use. |

My only point would be to tell Andersen to get back to his winning ways and play nightly, killing my fantasy team |

I think Hayes should go down to Hartford, get top minutes and comeback later on, give Miller or Lindberg their shot now, you can see the potential in Hayes and he does some thing well but is still so raw |

Yeah, actually not a bad idea at all. Give him top line minutes down there and if he dominates he could always play his way back up to the big club.
Also finishing should be a tad easier in the AHL, might give him some confidence on that end too. |

It should be Miller, the Rangers need to give his kid a legit chance where if he has an average game he isn't benched and sent down right away. |

Agreed.
Also I agree I think of the Hayes Duclair Glass line more of a 3rd line and the
Moore Stempniak Hagelin line as a fourth line. Seems like the top 2 lines are solid.
Would love to see
Duclair Miller Hagelin
Moore Stempniak Glass
Or swap Hags and Stempniak.
Then let Hayes play in Hartford for a bit, grab some confidence and come back. |

Also the next person who mentions what Boyle, Cally or Stralman are doing should get a blanket party. Let it (frank)ing go. |

Hate to say, actually I don't, Glass screws it up, he throws a wrench in any line combo

That was me and in no way do I want any of them back given their demands. I was just pointing something out, I agree 100% with not signing them for what they wanted. The only one was maybe stralman instead of a 38 year old Dan Boyle but I'm ok with it. |

The only way I see Glass as a fit is if he plays with Moore for defensive purposes. You can't put him with any offensive center |

Oh, nothing personal.
I have just seen it written on Jan's blogs through the season whenever they score. |
