I think his foot speed, but mostly decision making is a little too slow for the NHL level.

They need to get him a Vanek (well a version not quite as slow or bad defensively) but someone who has great finishing, offensive instincts and positioning too.

I don't think it even needs to be that specific. Eichel loves to have the puck on his stick, get him someone who gets off as quickly as it gets on his blade.

The only time to criticize a 19 year old rookie is when he is a pain in the ass to the team. To talk bad about Eichel because he doesn't have 30 goals yet is just plain ignorant.

Eichel is so lazy... that he buys prepeeled bananas.
