Luckily Kessel has never "rounded" out of form. - Cape Breton Bruins

I think it comes down to the age old question of " who can play with Sid " . |

Those numbers are pathetic. That is what I would expect from the NJD offense.
2pts/60 for a $9m/yr player!?!? If that is "rounding into form," he should be rounding into an offseason trade for futures. And he's the best one. That is inexcusable for all the money being spent on forwards that they can't score at ES or the PP. |

This board has been way too much sunshine and lollipops lately. When are people going to start calling each other names and saying how much everything sucks? |

Impossible. Badgers are animals that are known for being relentless and showing unreal heart. No way theyd be caught near this team.

You have a pretty good sense of smell! Not many people are able to guess what that smell is on the first try. |

He was OK. Pens allowed very few chances at ES. He did a good job for the most part on the PP even though the Staal goal was weak. I noticed he mishandled a few rebounds. He should be at least serviceable tonight but I wouldn't plan on his stealing any games either. |

On Jagr:
In the 3 seasons bookending the 04/05 lockout, Jagr average 78 games and 35 goals (his 05/06 total of 54 is probably inflated due to time off, but whatever).
In the 3 seasons bookending his 3 KHL seasons (prorating 12/13 for his 78 game average), using a moving average of 3 seasons on each end, he would score 30, 28, and 27 goals, respectively. A full 78 games in 12/13, were his production to continue, give him 16 more goals.
Using the same method for 12/13 for 94/95, Jagr would have averaged 76 games bringing his total from 32 to 50.
Assuming he stayed healthy, we have added 18 (50-32), 35, 30, 28, and 27 goals (80, 81, and 81 games) to his total, a grand total of 138 more goals, bringing him to 870 goals, leaving him 24 shy of Gretzky.
Now, chances are he doesn't played 80, 81, and 81 games in 08/09-10-11, and his production in 12/13 probably doesn't stay consistent. Still, he'd probably be within 50 goals had he not missed all of that time. |

I'm a Panthers and Penguins fan. If you told me Carolina would be 14-0 with Newton as MVP before the season started I would have cried from laughter. And I'm still not sure which team is more shocking to me. That's how disappointing the Pens have been. |

He didn't play very good (by his standards) yesterday honestly.
A lot of Panthers fans were hoping he was going to fall to our pick in the 2014 draft. |

Still with the Sid needs help BS...lmfao. It's even worse when he tries to use Sid's recent production as a justification that he's playing better and needs more help while in reality anyone actually watching the games can see that Sid's play hasn't improved much at all and the reason his production has increased is because the players around him are playing better now than they were earlier in the year. Basically Sid is still playing poorly but his numbers are better because he's getting more help than he was earlier. |

Yeah he was not very good.
I was joking too. That hit was deplorable, and I'm a pretty big Giants fan. I also hated the fact that I had to hear an audio clip this morning from him saying that he didn't understand what the flag was for an that it wasn't intentional. He should have just apologized, owned up to it, accepted his large fine and/or suspension and moved on. |
