So if it happens it'd be Saad and Leddy for AA, Panik and Drouin? |

It sound's like just about every GM has asked about Dano!? So have the hawks just mismanaged him, misused him, or has he really regressed that badly from his time in Columbus? Just curious that he seems to have so little value to the Hawks now? |

I don't know why he didn't get a longer look on the top line, I liked what I saw from him. |

Morin didn't like playing for the Hawks then or now. Toronto has been a mess for how long now. I'm not going to judge someone until I see them playing in an environment
like the Hawks organization with the caliber of players we have. If you can't get in the right frame of mind to play here you never will. Ie. Morin |

Although, I personally would rather see TT traded over Dano. |

Toronto needs to start tanking to win the Auston Matthews race. Getting and playing Morin, is a good start |

Winning the games you ought to win is a good thing.
Panarin drilling Anderson in the dome twice was funny.
Crawford had a stellar game.
Pretty boring until the Hawks scored and even after that it was rather pedestrian. Nice to get a win but a lot of these games recently have been the opposite of entertaining. |

Also, the guys on the Ottawa feed were talking a lot about the point difference between Patrick Kane and everyone else and how there are no other 1 and 2 leading team scorers so far apart and that number 2 wasn't even Toews.
Unless he gets injured again, I don't see how they can give the Hart to anyone else except for maybe Crawford but he's too average (sarcasm). |

While some don't like TT for his lack of physicality, he is an incredibly smart player and has very, very high instincts. He does the things on the ice Toews gets credit for - the little things they don't show up on the scoresheet
I'd take him over Dano and Q obviously trusts TT - which once in Q's circle of trust, it's hard to get out/in
I'd love for them to move Dano vs TT |

I will be livid if Schmaltz is involved in a deal for Drouin. |

Drouin has a lot of upside. He might be able to do some damage playing with 81 and 19. He also has this year and next on his rookie deal, so he would be dirt cheap. Dano has a lot of upside also, but he hasn't been able to figure out how to stick in Chicago. Not sure what the Hawks have in Pokka, but it's pretty obvious he is buried on the depth chart. |

Solid win and Big Arty continues to go to the blue paint! Desjardans was all over the ice and the 3rd line has been very effective. JJ, great buzz with the Tampa rumor…that could be interesting if Drouin is involved. As for Panik, didn't Q say last night that he would be in Chicago and not Rockford?? |

TT has gotten a chance to play RW. Dano has not. Both did not produce with their opportunities at 1LW. I wouldn't say Q trusts TT more. I believe Dano hasn't had his chance to show his play at RW with the Hawks. |

The Hawks want Dano to play LW. So he's getting plenty of TOI in Rockford. I'm sure the Hawks are listening to offers but he's still here.

Right now, its between Holtby and Crow for the Vezina. IMO, the only threat to Kane's Hart Trophy (if healthy) is Erik Karlsson. |

I think it comes back to the fact that he is 20 years old and is still learning to play the NHL game. He has the skill, but he also has to play within the system. Not every skill player needs to be in the NHL when they are 20. I don't think they value him any less than they did when they got him. Just making him earn his spot on the team (and maybe waiting for a RW spot to open so he can play on his preferred side). |

That's what I saw on Twitter. Maybe they'll try Panik for a game or two to replace the big, lumbering, can't stay on my skates Bickell. |

Q says Panik to the bigs. General Fanager has him here already. Looking like he gets a shot with line 1. |

I wonder if they could get Drouin with Schmaltz as the centerpiece instead of TT or Dano. |

If Drouin produces like Sharp or Saad, why would you be livid? We have no idea what either can do in the NHL in our system right now. |

He stunk in camp/preseason. Sent down worked hard and came back up. Was bounced around the lines, played on his off wing but showed compete, skating that was ok to good and had plenty of chances in the blue paint but couldn't finish.
With the Hawks worried about getting as many points as possible they couldn't afford to keep Dano up as he developed and getting less than 10 minutes in some games, if not scratched.
So they smartly sent him down to skate big minutes and work on his new position, LW.......A talented 20 yr old kid who's developing after showing well in the NHL last year. That will garner interest.
