Great write up Pach.
That's great news on Hudson Fasching. It's good to know not only is he progressing well, but that Buffalo is a destination that he wants to be with rather than holding out to see what his options are. That's what we need to be. |

I don't get the Stafford hate. He'd be 5th in goals on this team right now, only one behind O'Reilly in the same exact # of game played. Stafford is who he is.
And Foligno hate? He was on a team that went through 4 coaches and was deliberately tanking and trading away any player around him that was too productive. Now he's doing better in a stable situation and people hate him more. |

blue collar town
lack of effort for long stretches is the reason for the hate
if you notice, players the fans seem to love
barnes
varada
drury
foligno's dad
pommer
grier
ror
etc
all show constant effort more often than not
my 2 cents |

Stafford was streaky, but Marcus was on a team that started tanking when he was 21 years old. Outside of say a guy like McDavid, I'm pretty sure that would (frank) with anyone's professional career. I really see Marcus as a quality player benefitting from a more stable(normal) situation. |

i think the league needs to fix the college loop hole thing.. don't get me wrong i'm happy we got rielly through it, but it seems wrong.. the work and $ teams put in scouting and they lose a top prospect, basically null and voids their draft pick cause the kid goes to college?? doesn't make sense.. as much as i like rielly in a wild sweater he should be in columbus |

No Giving up on Foligno! Yes, he needs to step up and be consistent. I love the player when he plays as he did last night, he can generate momentum changes, which this young team needs.
I don't see him going anywhere yet unless he's part of a "Hockey Trade" or turns into the second coming of Moulson. |

I dont recall Stafford being good at anything other than scoring goals a bunch at a time and then really long dry spells
just my nickel though
Edit: and band practice |

There are a bunch of agreements that needs to be changed. KHL, AHL, NCAA. |

May god help us with the #26 situation. I blame myself personally. I wanted him here, he got traded, I wanted him back. I got what I wanted. |

McCabe looked good yesterday. Moulson was a ghost. Less pizza and more cardio for him. |

If you listen to Murrays comments on Moulson, it almost sounded if he told Moulson he needed to be a professional and get his ass in gear. |

i remember when he was on his way up in buffalo. he was described as a medium sized power forward that could skate and shoot pretty well. we have had fewer scoring power forwards in my lifetime than real number one centers, so this was promising. and once or twice a month for 9 years we actually saw this potential show up. he is a pretty good skater, and he does have a good shot, its the 25 days a month that he plays like an anonymous henchman that were unbearable. |
