"Watch as Eller bumps Lehner and which cause the angry Swede to flip into punch-in-the-face mode. Lehner tosses the 6'6" 235 lb. McCarron like he was a sack of dirty hockey laundry."
Eller made zero contact with Lehner on that play, none. Then your ultra-tough Swede takes a couple of cheap shots at McCarron knowing full-well that his teammates and the refs wouldn't let it escalate any further than that. Yeah, real tough guy... |

Did you even watch the game?
I was at the game and no mention of Sabres' antics?
As for Lehner it's a good thing he was wearing that oversized equipment
This is your number 1? |

My 14 year old son watched the game with me tonight and said a lot of the same things Garth has written in this blog. |

One of the few Garth blogs I've read
I thought I'd read it since I was at the game
I'm surprised he is a featured blogger |

GARTH'S CORNER: Hannibal Lehner - garth
...and despite all of that, the Sabres couldn't beat a badly injured AHL team, with its 3rd string goalie in net on a second of back to back games |

Oversized equipment? He don't need it. He weighs about 400 lbs.

I agree ... Wait a second ......how about this? I'll take the loss, the better lottery odds, fully knowing the sabres dominated the game (double the shots etc etc) and weren't rewarded. That works. |

Lehner does not wear oversized equipment . He is 6 foot 5 inches probably about 250 pounds . When it comes to equipment reduction he is for it. The man does not need it . He is a bear. 5th best save percentage in the league for goalies that have started over 20 games. So yea he is the number 1 |

Maybe Lehner should worry more about, you know, stopping the puck. |

Did you see that the Sabres dictated play most of the night and had the better scoring chances? Your team isnt that much better and is going nowhere anytime soon either.
With the amount of cap space the Sabres will have to spend this summer, we will be moving up the standings quicker than you guys next year. Other than Galchenyuk, Price, Price, and Subban your team isnt very good. |

Point flew right over your head. Your blogger is talking smack...after a loss to a badly injured team with a sieve in net. |

oh this is insightful.
hey Blackhawks fans, outside of Toews, Kane, Keith and Crawford, you guys aren't all that good!
hey Kings fans, without Quick, Doughty, Kopitar and Carter you guys would be just so-so!!! |

honestly, if the Caps didn't have Holtby, Ovechkin, Backstrom and Carlson, not sure they'd be where they are... |

Dallas is overrated. if they didn't have Seguin, Benn, Spezza and Klingberg, they wouldn't be in the playoffs |
