It does seem like Hjalmason is wearing down some or playing though an injury because he has not been as effective in games 2 and 3. With significantly less ice time than TVR, he's got to be dinged up.

He has made some really nasty blocked shots. I think I have seen him limp off after those at least 4 or 5 times already. Guy is a warrior that could play on my team any time he wanted.

Also, that was way too many quotes - too much work (time) and too long. I'll try and cut it down some going forward. Do you guys see most of those anyway?

Is he the one that blocked Tarasenko's shot in game 1? He was stuck out there for a while after that shot and did return but he looked to be in a lot of pain.

I saw some of them, thanks for sharing Jammer!

Bring home a winner! How awesome would it be to win both in Chicago?

As a Hawks fan one thing has been abundantly clear, Parayko is going to be good for a long time, guy has been a stud this series often besting Kane, Panarin, etc. with body OR stick. Not looking forward to having to deal with him for the next decade..

He looks really, really good for a rookie defenseman. Doesn't look like a rookie out there.

Edmundson has been a very pleasant surprise as well.

I saw Parayko coming. Didn't think it would be this soon, but thought he was going to be great from watching him before this season. Didn't expect Edmundson to even have a chance until after this year at the earliest.

Both have stepped in and stepped up to the task.

He is still ridiculously raw but he is way ahead of what you would expect from someone his age. He has the potential to be very special. If you go to a game, watch his hands and moves in warmups. I predict in a couple of years that he will be one of the top 5 shootout selections during the regular season.

Watch some of his hands and moves as he comes in on the net in warmups when the goalie is out of the crease.

He's taken several hard shots on his legs plus a few good body checks. I'd take him on my team as well but the Blues need to keep the shots coming. If they can keep him under 20 minutes playing around 75 percent, it further erodes an already shallow D corps.

Very well could be. I obviously don't watch Blues hockey as regularly as you--his size is impossible to ignore, but as I mentioned he's been beating Hawks top scorers with his STICK as much as his physicality.. Major coming out party.

He's a stud. I didn't think he had another level to reach this soon but he's elevated his game another notch in the playoffs. He's beginning to realize that with his size and mobility he can poke check guys in situations that most D men are simply unable to.

Looks like locally the game will be televised on fsmw. I was looking for the game cause the Bolts/Wings game looks to be running into our time frame.

What happened to Gunnarson? Gonna be tough to replace all those minutes, I suspect Edmundson is going to see a lot more ice.

You guys notice the great play by tarasenko that created the goal? A poised pause, noticed Lehtera streaking and strategically dumped it in where Lehtera was almost assured to get the dump in. Brilliant recognition and execution.

Good 1st period. Typically our worst.

Boys will continue to get better looks as Hawks wear down and have to take risks

Brutal. Probably one of the worst calls I have ever seen.

Go Blues!!!
