Scoop Cooper: Pat Quinn elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame as a Builder In honor of Pat Quinn's posthumous election to the Hockey Hall of Fame as builder I am reposting the blog I wrote on his passing in November, 2014 at the age os 71.

I knew Mr Quinn personally, and he was just as classy and respectful a guy as he was portrayed in the media.

Class act person, great hockey mind, bada$$ defenceman.

Happy he got in I just wish the HOF commitee were a little quicker like the Pat Burns fiasco a concensus HOF coach but due to "waiting your turn" BS like MLB Pat had passed before they said Oh yeah he's good...Oh wait sure would've been nice If Pat could've heard that with his family!
