The offense wasn't there tonight, and far too many turnovers. Still took it to a shootout. To this point in the season, this team is in a lot of games. I would like to see them find away to win more games in regulation. They're close, but still have areas that need to be cleaned up.

Unfortunate a night when your goalie keeps you in it, they revert to their turnover /lack luster offensive ways.

As I said last year down the stretch, It would be better if they missed the playoffs and had a chance for a better draft position. The playoff appearance was just not worth it.
Maybe they could have gotten a good complimentary piece in the draft ( if not a centerpiece for the next era ). This team is too bad to be really good, and too good to be really bad. The mediocrity continues.

Yep. They did not bury their chances, whereas opponents capitalized on defensive errors.
