Looking at the standings we are still a couple games at hand from some of the teams below us. Very important to make the most out of the upcoming stretch.

How did SM/JG look together last game? I agree they would probably do a lot better with Versteeg.

How long is Brouwer out for? Chiasson is a 3rd/4th line guy.

We can hope that Chiasson would get moved away from the top three lines with the break that they are on right now but it seems that someone thinks he should be stuck to Gaudreau.

I know he had a great game on Saturday 19 minutes 37 seconds (most of any forward) 1 shot, 1 block and 2 giveaways, and he certainly made Jonny and Mony better, the line was a standout! He also has improved the power play with his wonderful puck handling skills. Oh sorry I watched the game and this anchor did a better job of neutralizing 13 million worth of payroll than anybody the Coyotes put on the ice.

Keep the 3M line together & I would put Gaudreau/Benny & Monahan on the same line for awhile. Cant get much worse. The 3M line is consistently the best line & can go head to head with all the top lines. Our 4th line is great but the other 2 lines are just struggling. I don't care who we move to right wing Monahan or Benny, but these 3 are our future core franchise players, if they can get some chemistry together we may just have a 1-2 punch for once since 1989.

Not sure if anybody watched the Swiss USA game, but the flames have themselves a goaltender in parsons!! He won that game for them the Swiss out played the us team and if it wasn't for parsons they would have lost. Nice to see these so called weaker teams being competitive

Fox looks steady on D for the usa. and can't remember the Russian kid but he looks strong though too. Have watched dube' play live a few times and he is a hard worker.
