Word was that the Columbus Blue Jackets and their followers were also choked about losing to Vancouver last Thursday. I'm rather enjoying the fact that on a good day, the Canucks can go about their business and expose some teams that seem to have quite high opinions of themselves.

Next week during 5 day break is where JB should turn calls into trades. Hansen, Burr and Sbisa no brainers just for Vegas reasons alone. Second round draft picks the starting point given how few sellers there are; especially with this kind of quality for so many buyers.

The heart and soul of the team may not be in a Nuck uni by this time next month so let's enjoy Burrows while we can. Of all the current and past Canucks I have met. Burrows was the easiest guy to talk to. Where ever he may end up in a few weeks. I will be pulling for him to raise the cup over his head. Unless he ends up a Leaf. That's where I draw the line. No matter where he ends up playing out his career. I hope management somehow gets him to retire a Canuck.

Carol great comparison on teams. Seems at least players here have respect for team leadership. With Bo heir apparent getting all the guidance on how to do it. Truly a great point Carol of where respected vets can help transition a team for future set up.

You mean by end of road trip, right? Which at this point even treading water isn't good enough. Use the break to make mass change.
I'm hoping they get 1st rounders and at minimum second rounders. Plenty of buyers.
