Good blog, I'm liking Klefboms game. Seems having a pretty solid partner allows him to play more freely. Having a guy to cover for you if you make a mistake really allows him to open up and join the rush more.

One thing to note is what to expect out of the Klefbom - Larsson pairing at its peak.

Larsson was noted for his offense back in Sweden, but I really think NJ's style of play reshaped him. Needless to say, Klefbom has started to honestly look like that top 2 Two-way defender that we have been looking for since Pronger (Whitney doesn't could, at least to me). But my question still pertains to what do we expect out of Larsson at his peak?

Furthermore, I would love to see a top pairing where both defenders can play a nearly perfect two way style of play (where both defenders are able to defend or attack willingly). But what I see it coming down to is a pairing where Klefbom develops as a offensive/neutral play specialist that can still provide solid defense coverage, whereas Larsson develops as a defensive/neutral play specialist that can still provide solid offensive coverage. Out of the two, I would see Klefbom having a chance at crossing the 40 point plateau. But I would see Larsson as the better defense go to guy in almost ALL scenarios.

That 3rd pairing sucks, you should scratch it
