Totally agree with Broads and others.

Firing Murray and probably Byslma after this season makes Pegula look like Daniel Snyder.

I have no problem if either or both are let go next year if the team does not make the playoffs, but now is not the time.

These March stats say to me....

1) should have brought Legwand back for 1 more year
2) we peaked in October
3) we have made no progress as a team or organization this season
4) this was a lost season
5) one (or both) of Disco and Murray are on the hot seat. One (or both) of Disco/Murray will be fired by Thanksgiving at the latest if this team isn't in a playoff spot. Or perhaps sooner, as per Clown's insider info.

I've said this for a while now... this team has enough talent to make the playoffs... but the system sucks... and they way the defense was handled again is criminal... Just think how much better Risto would be with 5-8 min less per game.

I am waiting for the real insights from MLew65.

Would be better to start next season new system and vision. Why change it up after a handfull of games . Look at firing the last coach did. interm just road out the season with no major changes. Rather have the players come in to a new camp with their roles and move on.

It's the perfect scenario for Sabres fans that Bylsma could/should be canned by Murray. I can't see any reason why he wouldn't at this point.

If Murray does fire Bylduct, the pressure will squarely be on him to 1)finally hire the right coach with the right system and 2) make the right moves in the off season to right the ship. He gets one last chance imo or a year from now he'll be gone and it's rebuild 2.0.

As for Rochester, they are a horrible team with that same D system they use. They gave up 53 shots to a less than average Utica team last night. I like Dan Lambert but that system has to go.

I'm sure Murray has no problem with it when disco was Terry pegulas Top Choice
