Do you think McPhee is staying true to his word that if someone does not have a deal to him by EOD yesterday so he can focus on team selection from the unprotected list, missed the boat? Doubt it but who knows.

Great read top to bottom. I personally think we our mew GM will be slightly more conservative than we anticipate in his approach to rebuilding the Sabres this off season. GMTM took hell for his deals and a few of GMTM's deals really left a bad taste in the organization.

It was a great trade for the Sabres in that the cost was low...but I see a lot of you penciled him in on the 2nd pair while the Habs had him in the press box for playoff games. He should get a shot, but temper expectations.

Yeah they need much more on the back end in addition if the SABres want to improve. Right now the improvements are marginal at best.

Hint of lime is probably flavoring from a beaver's anal glands. True story: natural raspberry and strawberry flavoring among others they add to foods comes from a beaver's anal gland secretion. Yum. It's super rare and expensive so you've probably never eaten anything with beaver juice in it before. But just because it says "natural flavorings" doesn't mean it's appetizing.
