GARTH'S CORNER: Botterill Hires AGM

Andreychuck put up a career best +38 in NJ in 1996-97. That year he put up 27 goals and 34 assist for 61 pts. Not too shabby. He wasn't very fast so we called him Andreychug but he had such great hands and such hockey sense. You just watched him knowing he played the game the right way.

When he finally won the cup with Tampa Bay I was thrilled for him. He was such a classy guy that you liked him if he was on your team or not.
