Manson - One year left then RFA. Currently 4 - 5th/6th defenceman.

Manson is not only what the leafs want/need... but also most likely for them to want to part ways with out of who they have.

And they get a big scoring winger (JVR 28 years old - UFA at seasons end = no commitment/flexibility depending on how the season goes. They'll be able to make a run this year before the Getzlafs/Perrys/Keslers get too long in the tooth).

Leafs can offer up a 2nd (since we have 2 next draft) and a B+ Prospect (Kapanen/Leivo/Sosh).

Ducks get better and younger and have a couple options for Mansons replacement already in Jones/Montour. Leafs get our tough big defensive minded (But also has a great shot!) RHD to pair with Reilly or Gardiner.

Nothing is happening, your time would be better served fixing the site rather than making up fake rumors in this down period. The NHL office has been alerted that there is the potential of a "major trade". Makes zero sense, you aren't fooling anybody. Do better.

Islanders have Eberle on the line with JT. I think they are looking for a second line center...

When a decent size trade happens in September we are going to have to hear Ek say "he called it back on July 9th".

First of all, Max Jones is a LW so I'm not sure what you mean by him replacing Manson. That trade helps your team and not ours.

It's always the Leafs adding so that they get the better player in these hypothetical trades...

They'd never do it. Nylander is part of the big 3 there for the long haul unless that + is extremely significant
