San Jose has a some untapped talent though, Timo Meier and Hertl are going to only get better IMO. LA and ANA I see as getting older and falling off. Pavelski, Vlasic, Jones, Burns and Couture as a core will keep them competitive for a while (3-4 more years) I think.

It would boost season ticket sales if we had a couple of Asian players on the team.

Thx Carol @ Lefty - I think we will see Boeser in the top 6, not Loui

I don't think Asian players are needed to promote this exhibition. I think merely sending the leagues two best teams is more than enough to sell tickets

How about just getting the best players we could get on the team would be even better for the team.

I know, they have so many great young unproven players I didn't know where to start, so I just laughed

I would put large sums of money on Green using them in the top six, right or wrong, they're still better than everyone not named Horvat until proven otherwise.

I couldn't find the detail, but I believe there's a limit on the number of pro games played for a player to come to prospects camp, and it includes AHL. A guy like Jankowski still qualifies even though he's nearly 23 cuz he only has one full year of pro hockey, but I think Subban & JV are over that limit.

I was trying to figure out if Kyle Connor for Wpg or Puljujarvi for Edm might come. They both have just one year of pro. I guess it just depends if the organizations want to treat them as established pros, like a Laine or McDavid.
