I wouldn't mind him sitting in the press box, and being called up when Green thinks we need to add a bit of toughness to our lineup. I am not sure he can outplay some of our more skilled players.

Its been really interesting following the situation there. Entertainment is a big subsidizer for arena revenues, but they already have so many venues in close proximity it would be hard to get investors to buy into the idea that outside of 41 Islanders games that money will continue to flow for the other 324 nights per year

Just adding local perspective. It's a great set up and easy to get to at Belmont location. There are no other enclosed stadiums for the ever growing family populations of Queens, Nassau and Montauk county not mention closer for affluent parts of the Bronx and Westchester crowd. The old colosseum is a puke stain. Barclays on Atlantic Avenue way too far and out of the way. MSG far too plus not enough room to accommodate all the demand from everywhere. Tickets hard to get. Plus driving to last two above is a pain and too expensive.

Jarmo is saying he hasn't heard anything, Anderson's agent is not commenting on it. Being this late in the game, and regular season starting real soon, it wouldn't surprise me if there was some truth to this.
