I like him a lot, but he still hasn't been tested in the long term. He really looks like he's playing on adrenaline so far in the NHL. Still...nice to see some desperation in a goalie for a change.

at the very least he gives them the confidence that maybe they won't have to score 4-5 goals to win the game. which they have not gotten from Price or Montoya this year.

He was pretty good in Chicago (I think he scored 20 goals once) and was half decent last season. He's just not very bright so people focus on that part and forget that is an ok hockey player.

I still think he's the kind of player who will score once in a while, the kind of guy who can play on the top 6, but is better suited for the third line, at least on a contender.
