Probably looking at a career year for Marchy. I bet they get a 1st for him. Pitt stands out, but I'm also hearing Columbus, Philly, Rangers, Kings, Wild, Predators, Flames, Blues, and Jets have all shown strong interest. Stay tuned...

Nope. I'm fine with shipping out Neal, Perron, MAF, their best days are behind them. But you gotta resign Marchessault. He's just hitting his prime. Keep the "young core" around. Marchessault, Karlsson, Haula, Leipsic, Miller, Smith, Schmidt, Tuch, Theodore and in a couple of years they're joined hopefully by Glass, Susuki, Brannstrom an co. and you've got lots of talent around.

Agree that older players, if you can get appropriate value or better, should be sent out. Marchessault's age and UFA status make him kind of a tweener guy though, in terms of will he still be at the top of his game when say Glass is?
