Looks like you're stuck with him a long time. A lot of goalies have the talent to start, but not all of them can handle the grind mentally. Hopefully, he turns it around.

The info about Bischoff is interesting to me, and it’s more on how it affects Sbisa. His injury puts him out until mid Feb or so. Basically just before the deadline.

I think he could be one pending UFA who still gets dealt. This year they have 8 Dmen counting him. Plus Garrison in the AHL. So they already have depth for their run this year.

Then next year they already have Schmidt, McNabb, Englleand, Hunt and Merrill under contract. And Theodore and Colin Miller are pending RFA’s. So essentially they already have 7 guys under contract. Plus Bischoff/Rhinehart/Brannstrom etc. in the minors or overseas.

Trade Sbisa if you can for assets.

It's a good point. I've read Swedish league experts with some expectation that Brannstrom will be ready next year. Sbisa might be odd man out

Yeah, I’ve seen that. And with the depth Vegas appears to have, they could even ease him in as the 6/7/8, and let him get used to the difference up here.
