Exactly, if you are a bottom 6 player or 3rd pairing dman and you aren’t constantly trying to improve you will be out of the league pretty quick. It’s a young mans game now

MDZ recommended he train in Toronto with the Biosteel clan. Including "feelings".

It was EG agent that recommended the skating coach.

EG is naturally a very large guy. Skating and endurance is something he needs much more then strength.

Bo is just wired differently. Had dinner with him on a Friday and he refused to have a drink because they had a 7pm game the next day. Everyone else was drinking. Kid is mature beyond his years
