Yeah.... I have no idea what to say anymore.

When we play well, we win.
When we play on top of our game, we win.
When we play crap, we somehow win.
When we play god awful, Vasy wins for us.

I'm not taking this for granted. What a great year.

I agree, I'm sure Tampa Bay would be much happier to be on a 20-game losing streak.

Vezinalevskiy kept us in this one after the first period. Whatever was said in the Rangers locker room during the first intermission must have lit a fire under them. They were a different team for the rest of the game.

The Lightning are getting complacent in these games lately, every team is playing their hardest against them and they let the foot off the gas these teams are making them pay for it but the Bolts somehow still put enough effort in to win the game.

Let's see if they are ready to play Boston tonight.

If I was Cooper, I would be coasting a little at this point. Rotating the 7th Dman and 13th forward is a good idea - shave a little ice time off our guys we lean on in the playoffs. The President's Trophy or division title is great, but the real prize is the Stanley Cup. There is no point in racking up injuries to win pointless games down the stretch. The Lightning earned this cushion - use it wisely.

Yeah, I feel sorry for you losing a game after having a long win streak.

Rediculous

The "Rangers South" players came to play last night. The rest of the team seemed bored last night.

Boston should be a wake up call. I haven't check the standings in forever because....well...I'm a Lightning fan...why do I care, but I know Boston is somewhere still battling for position and will play us physically. I think we need a good physical game to pound out the sluggishness that is creeping into our game.

Oh wow I almost forgot

HOW ABOUT DAN "THE MAN" GIRARDI!!!!!!!!
Now TIED for 3rd in goals by a defenseman on the team behind the 2 big horses!

Now the question has to be asked....do we start putting DAN "THE MAN" GIRARDI on the PP?

At this point, we should start scratching Hedman and McD on a rotating basis and replace them with Girardi - let Girardi soak up those meaningless minutes and eat pucks. Let Hedman and McD start resting up for the playoffs. Then, when the playoffs get here, bench Girardi.

Oh man! I was 100% on board until your last 2 words! The playoffs is when we will need DAN "THE MAN" GIRARDI the most! I mean...how can be bench our 3rd leading goal scoring defensemen? And if we give him PP time and Hedman and McD go on the rotation, DAN THE MAN could end up our LEADING goal scoring defensemen!!!
