Disagree with leafluver on he is just defensive forward… he put up 13 goals and 13 assists at 5v5 normally playing on the 4th line averaging about 10 minutes a night as a rookie. With his speed and decent hands he has potential to be 2nd or 3rd line winger who can put up 20 goals and 40-50 points in a season. Will he become that player only time will tell though. |

Still young but looks to me not to have the best hockey IQ. 4th line is important to get through 4 rounds. Don’t make it sound like it’s not important
Bigger problem is either the team and especially it stars don’t listen to Cooper or Cooper doesn’t realize ya gotta play a little in your own end. |

Imagine how worse of a situation they would be in if they had state tax like the majority of the league..

It's not as bad as it looks. Some contracts will go off the books and some players will walk, but all of the core components are locked in. The rest are mostly interchangeable and the prospect pipeline is still stacked. Lots of talent on entry level contracts that can step up.
Buy out Callahan and let half of the D walk.
Worse comes to worse, you also trade somebody like Killorn or Gourde. |

How are we in hell??? Except for Point we have all our Top 9 Fwds , our top 4 defenders and our 2 goalies signed for next year.... - LightningMcKing
He is alluding to some of the older players declining and being on term. Then you will have major cap problems and a small window to win. |
