Why would Patrick Laine want to play the next three years splitting home games between two dumps?

Leafs are shifting their focus back to Trouba. I mean Marner. The Rangers focused on trading for Trouba and then focused on signing him to a long term deal. Gorten was very focused. Dubas is now focused on getting Marner signed. Recently he was focused on attending Summer Slam and taking a pic with Ric Flair. Woooooo!

This is BIG. Isles are more focused on Laine now. They weren't focused before which hurt the trade talks with the Jets. But now that the Isles are focused we can expect a trade in the next few days.

That's why there's still so many RFAs. GMs aren't focused. As soon as they become more focused we'll see guys like Marner, Point, Rantanen, Tkachuk, McAvoy, Provorov, Laine and Connor sign. It's all about both the team and the player being focused to get these deals done.

I'm not sure Laine is focused on where he's living. The focus seems on getting a deal done. Before Laine was focused on going bald at a very young age. Just like Auston Matthews.

But now that he's accepted his premature baldness, I believe Laine will now focus on signing a new contract with either the Jets or Isles. It depends on which city offers the best hair products or wigs. Which does he focus on? Perhaps shaving his head bald should be Laine's focus?

I don't think we can count out the Habs focus on trading for Laine. Bergy seemed pretty focused on making a big splash this summer. Bergy and Chevy are buddies so I don't believe a killer offer sheet is the focus right now. But rest assured Bergy is one focused GM who's focused on making something happen.
