The problem Paul is people act like they care but nobody can do enough with common sense to implement the changes necessary. I agree with almost everything you say but no amount of hockey sense is going to keep officials around with the level of systematic enabling of abuse. Also the systems in place in N. America are not efficient. Thanks for the blog as usual; I always appreciate to hear your thoughts |
